Return Policy

The below policies are all set for B2C customers only. For trade account customers, you may need to discuss this directly with your sales account manager. 

All of our products come with one year manufacturer warranty and 14/30 days full refund policy. 

If you changed your mind or think the goods are not suitable for you any more, you can return it back to us within 14 days and ask for a full refund. If the goods are found to be faulty within 30 days, you may return it to us within 30 days and ask for a full refund or a brand new replacement. 

If your goods become faulty within one year, you can return it back to us and we will offer you a free repair.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and returned back to us within 30 days from time of delivery. In the case of a

product being faulty within 30 days, we shall pay for any return delivery charges if the purchase is made directly through Gingko.

Cancellations Procedure

You may cancel an order at any time before it's been processed for delivery. To cancel your order after it's been despatched to you, you will need to

follow the returns procedure as stated above
