DELIVERY & RETURNS
Despatch & Delivery
We try our best to make prompt and efficient delivery on all orders. However, please pay attention to the below to help us do it better.
1. UK Delivery
1.1. Orders above the value of £350 (Excluded VAT) will not have to pay delivery charges
Any delivery charges payable below this value will be indicated at the time of placing your order.
1.2. You order can be dispatched within 3 working days after your confirmation when the items are in stock and we will let you know by email when your order has been dispatched. If the items you ordered are currently out of stock, then it may take us 2-4 weeks to dispatch your order.
1.3. If you require us to book a time for your delivery, please let us know when you place the order.
2. Overseas Delivery
2.1. Orders above the value of £800 (excl VAT) will not have to pay delivery charges. (Customers from Western Europe only)
Any orders below this value will be charged delivery where applicable.
2.2. Your order can be dispatched within 2-3 working days after your confirmation when the items are in stock and we will let you know by email when your order has been dispatched. If the items you ordered are currently out of stock, then it may take us 2-4 weeks to dispatch your order.
3. Other Delivery information
Most of the orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in the UK; However, we may dispatch some orders from our other warehouses in China when necessary.
Cancellation and Returns
All of our products come with one year manufacturer warranty (any purchase made direclty with us is entitled to 2 years warranty) and 14/30 days full refund policy. If you changed your mind or think the goods are not suitable for you any more, you can return it back to us within 14 days and ask for a full refund. If the goods are found to be faulty within 30 days, you may return it to us within 30 days and ask for a full refund or a brand new replacement.
1.1 During delivery the Buyer shall inspect the packaging for visible signs of transit damage before signing any delivery receipt document. In the event of visible signs of transit damage the Buyer must clearly sign the goods received as ‘damaged’ on the delivery receipt document before signing. The Buyer shall then notify the Seller within 24 hours.
1.2 The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery if the Goods are transit damaged. Goods that are defective or do not comply with any part of the Contract, must be reported to the Seller within 7 days of delivery.
1.3 Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the Seller to collect the faulty Goods and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable).
1.4 Goods to be returned must be fully re-packaged and sealed in the original packaging format with filled in return form provided by the Seller.
1.5 Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

1.8 Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and returned back to us within 30 days from time of delivery. In the case of a
product being faulty within 30 days, we shall pay for any return delivery charges if the purchase is made directly through Gingko.
1.9 Processing Returns
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 14 days during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you

2.0 Cancellations Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before it’s been processed for delivery. To cancel your order after it’s been despatched to you, you will need to follow the returns procedure as stated above
